Yoga Classes Description

Introduction to Yoga

Introduction to yoga is a class for everyone. We will explore basic poses and techniques designed to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome. (Class Day and Time)

Yoga Level 1-2

This class is an introductory level class and is suitable for beginners and those who are continuing to develop their practice. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome. (Class Day and Time)

Vinyasa Level 2-3

Vinyasa is a flowing practice that blends breath with movement of the body. Through pranayama and asana, we will explore a series of postures revolving around sun salutations that strengthen, lengthen and restore the body. Vinyasa will be practiced in a heated room. Previous yoga experience is recommended. (Class Day and Time)

Private Instruction

Private classes are offered regularly for individuals or small groups. Each class will be tailored to meet your individual needs including introductory to advanced level sessions. All levels are welcome. (Class Day and Time) Fees vary depending on location.
